it is because a Platypus throws out the theory of evolution.

Paltypus is a good idea! They actually have spurs under their feet with deadly poison(well it's not exaclty deadly). So it would be funny if it was a western Paltypus,with cowboy boots that had spurs.. :) But anyway it looks cool!
